Items are usually shipped the same day if payment is received before 3:00PM Central Time Weekdays. Payment must be received within 5 days of the end of the auction. The only forms of payment accepted are PayPal and US POSTAL Money Orders. Payments via US Postal Money Order need to be made payable to "Results Technology".

At this time shipping is ONLY available to the United States.

Items will ONLY be shipped to the PayPal address on the invoice. I cannot ship outside the US. Shipping includes a packaging and handling fee up to $4. Items will be shipped after payment is received via UPS Ground ONLY. Items will NOT be shipped to PO Boxes. All Items are sold in "AS-IS" condition except where noted differently. Buyer is responsible for insurance which must be requested at the time of purchase. The original shipping fees are NOT refundable.

The only forms of payment accepted are PayPal and US POSTAL Money orders.

Sales tax will be charged to KS, MO, NE, IL and CA residents.

Local pickup is usually available Monday through Friday 8-12 and 1:15-4:45 by appointment only. There will be a $3 handling fee for local pickups. We can accept cash but cannot make change. Please bring exact change. You can also pay via PayPal or bring a US Postal Money order with you. The address is 7939 Flint Street. Once you have won the item, please email us to request local pick up and I will revise your invoice.

·         At this time I can ONLY ship in the US via UPS. I cannot ship internationally.

·         Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify Results Technology within 3 calendar days if any products are missing or damaged. Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are Non-Refundable.

·         No returns after 7 days of initial receipt by buyer will be honored. Should a replacement for a returned item not be available, a refund will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-better specifications.

·         Customer must pack items being returned complete, with all manuals, cables, accessories, etc., in original purchased condition. Regardless of condition, products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping.

·         Results Technology will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) that it sells.

·         Power cords and manuals are not included unless specifically stated in auction

·         Buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
