The SX4020 is a four line, multiple telephone advanced Music On Hold adapter with an external audio input connector. This is a cost effective music on hold device for your business with as many telephones as you may have and with 1, 2, 3 or all 4 lines connected.

The SX4020 allows the use of an external audio source such as a Radio, CD player, PC , digital player, etc.

This model simply activates the hold music when you press the FLASH button on the phone (not some other gimmicks like a separate Hold button to press or press star * * or an attachment to the telephone handset or press flash then hang up etc.) To return to the call just re-select that line and speak or press the Flash button, It is that easy. It even supports cordless phones!

This Model also works by just pressing the Hold button on some compatible telephones such as ATT 964, 954, RCA..., Bellsouth 225 (available at http://www.invotel.com)
