Item Description
· All computer systems that have hard drives have been wiped, there is no software, operating system, or any data included on any drives unless otherwise indicated.
· All that is included in this auction is either listed in the ad or in the photograph.
· The items listed are described as accurately as possible.
· If the item is advertised as non-working, this means that we were unable to get it to work properly.
· If the item is advertised as "powers up", that means that it was powered up but no additional testing was done on the unit.
· Pictures are of the actual item.

Policy for Auctions Sold As-Is:
· An item is sold As-Is. This means there will be no refunds for any reason whatsoever. You should keep this in mind while bidding and bid as if this item is in the worst condition possible.
· We have done our best to accurately describe this item, but due to lack of time and resources, we may not have been able to determine if this unit is functional. There could be additional problems not mentioned above and there could be components not visible in the pictures that are missing from this item and are required to make it function properly. If you are unsure about this item, DO NOT make any assumptions. Ask before you bid, and we will try our best to answer your questions as accurately as possible.

Policy for Auctions With Warranty:
· An item is sold with a 14-day D.O.A. warranty. This means that we have tested the item or have sufficient confidence in its total reliability to warrant it from defects or errors that may occur between listing and receipt. Generally, shipping is refunded as well. Errors on behalf of the buyer due to misconfiguration of their item will not be honored.
· Any caveats, missing features, or damage mentioned in the auction listing copy are not to be considered covered under warranty.
· All products are guaranteed to be in working condition at the time of arrival unless the item is sold "as-is" and is so specified in the item description.
· Buyer must notify seller within 14 days (including weekends and holidays) of receipt of the item if the item is received in non-working condition.
· Return shipping shall be the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Policy
· Any item returned for warranty must be returned in the same condition it was received. If we send you a printer and the toner cartridge was removed and packaged separately, then you must return it to us packed the same way or your warranty is voided.
· A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has to be completed and returned with the item (it will be supplied after email request).
· We reserve the right to repair or replace the item or refund the purchase price at our discretion.
· Occasionally, FedEx will damage units during shipping. If this happens, all packaging material and the original box the unit was shipped in must be saved for FedEx to pickup, along with the damaged item.
· Failure to provide everything necessary for us to file a claim to FedEx may also void your warranty.
· FedEx damage claims can take from 6 to 8 weeks to resolve.
· Return shipping shall be the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment Options
· We send out a winning bidder confirmation within 24 hours after the auction ends(except on weekends).
· We will email a confirmation when payment is recieved and another email after the item is shipped.
· We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover over the phone at (225) 379-3577.
· You can make out and mail cashiers checks and money orders to: CACRC, 800 St. Philip Street, Baton Rouge, LA, 70802.
· Our Paypal account is auction@cacrc.com You do not need to request an invoice from us, as you can simply submit the amount due to our account.
· Personal checks, business checks and cash are not accepted for payment.
· We are not able to drop ship items without an invoice. If paying by Paypal, we will only ship to the address registered with Paypal.
· If payment for this auction is not received via an accepted method within seven (7) days from the close of the auction, a Non Paying Bidder Alert will be filed with eBay. If payment has not been received within ten (10) days from the Non Paying Bidder Alert file date, A Final Value Credit Fee will be filed with eBay. There will be no extension of this time frame nor a reversal of these filings for any reason. Please check the help section of eBay for specific definitions of these filings and the consequences thereof.
· Non-Paying Bidders will receive negative feedback and a Non-Paying Bidder Alert and Final Value Credit Fee will be filed with eBay – no exceptions.

· Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM CST.
· We will answer e-mails as quickly as possible, but if you send one after 4:30 on Friday afternoon, you may not get a response until Monday morning.

Shipping
· In addition to standard FedEx shipping fees, our shipping price reflects our use of premium packaging materials, handling fees, and labor. Our packaging is above industry standards in order to ensure that items arrive in optimal condition. We use the highest quality bubble wrap, as opposed to packing peanuts, and often create custom-sized boxes. These packaging amenities are included in our finalized shipping price.
· We are also available to take pick up from our office (see address above).
· Our pick up hours are 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
· We do not accept cash.
· There will be a $5 pick up fee as well as 9% Louisiana sales tax.
· Shipping will be made via FedEx. We will ship your item as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours of receipt of payment(except on weekends or holidays).
· We give FedEx your email address so they may email your tracking number to you.
· Please provide a physical address for shipping as FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
· We will include an invoice in the package with your item when it is shipped, and we will email tracking information as soon as we can after shipment.
