Hours of OperationWe are open Mon-Fri 8:30 to 5:00 CST We are closed on all major holidays. We do not ship, answer emails or phones when we are closed. All emails sent on the weekend will be answered the following business day.

Shipping and Handling:
All products are normally shipped via UPS Ground or USPO to the Continental United States. Please see the ad for the shipping price and other shipping details.

It does cost more to ship outside of the Continental U.S. If you require shipping outside the 48 Continental United States, please email prior to bidding to receive a shipping quote. Note: Shipping charges listed in an ad do not apply to items shipping outside the Continental U.S.

All items shipped will be insured by our insurance provider and the cost will be included in the shipping charges.

Items paid for through Paypal MUST ship to a CONFIRMED address.
