Return & Exchange Policy

You may return the purchased item within 15 days from the time of delivery and get a refund less 20% restocking fee. Please contact us and describe the problem before you return the item.
If you choose to get refund or exchange the item, please return in the same condition that it is dispatched in. Please also make sure that your customer information is attached, especially your EBAY USER ID/EBAY EMAIL ADDRESS, NAME, ADDRESS and ITEM NUMBER;
