1. All items listed is genuine, brand new and in good condition. We shipped from the source directly, all sales are final.

2. We guarantee Refund within 7 days and Exchange within 1 year (only for defective item without physical damage and meet the requirement listed below).

3. In order to claim the RMA, the buyer must report to us (clear descript in e-mail and with photo is the best) within required Days indicated below. If it is over the period, the RMA request will be denied:
REFUND: Defective products must be reported to us within 7 days from the date of receiving the item and returned within the next 14 days after reported;
EXCHANGE: Defective products must be returned within 1 year from the date of receiving the item and returned within the next 14 days after reported.
