5. Works GREAT in your PC ! ! ! ! How can you tell if High Density Memory is not compatible with your motherboard
1. You Purchase 1GB memory module, but it shows up only as 512MB
2. Memory does not post (Memory are rarely defective)
3. Your manual clearly mentioned if only accepts Low Density memory
4. Your manual mentions it does not accept 128x4 or high Density memory

What is the Difference Between Low Density and High density
1. Quality - Low Density is usually made up of Major Brand Component, High Density modules, unless mentioned otherwise, uses oem parts.
2. Most Low Density modules are built on 6Layer PCB Boards. High Density is often used with 4Layer
3. Compatibility - Dependent on Bridge chip sets used by Board manufacturer, and in case of Processor used, Low Density modules are compatible with most major brand system boards and manufacturers. High Density Modules have possible incompatibility with some major brands
4. Physically it is difficult to distinguish between Low Density and High Density Modules, unless manufacturer has made a distinction.
5. Most Low Density Designation for 1GB modules would be 64x8 while High Densoty would be 128x4 or 128x8
