• We test our products before we begin offering them for sale and inspect each pieces of merchandise before we ship any orders. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us, as we will be happy to assist you.
• Should the item not work on arrival (or be damaged in transit). Please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of goods, any goods found to be faulty after this valid period may not be exchanged, however each case will be dealt with on an individual bases.
