1984 AppleMacintosh original 128K Model M0001 upgraded to Mac M0001W with 512K RAM plus 800K double-sided disk drive. Serial # on front case of Mac indicates this was originally an M0001 128K Model made in week 45 of 1984 that originally came with 128K RAM and 400K single-sided disk drive. The Apple OEM upgrades included a new 512K motherboard, new512K M0001W label and Macintosh 512K emblem for rear case, and Sony 800K double-sided disk drive same as the drive that came in the Macintosh Plus and 512Ke models. Beautiful collector-quality condition!
Includes the original Macintosh short keyboard with coiled cableand one button Macmouse, both made week 46 of 1984. With the upgrade this original Mac has four times the memory and double the disk storage capacity, so it runs faster, requires less disk-swapping, and can run more software. Very nice and unique original Macintosh with Apple OEM upgrades.
Macintosh is serviced, tested, clean and fully detailed all around. Beautiful cosmetic condition, ready to prominently display and use and enjoy upon receipt, it needs nothing! The inside case has the molded signatures of Steve Jobs and the original Mac design team. No pry marks on case seams unlike many original Macs will have, which indicates this was never opened improperly with the wrong tools. Exterior case is original beige color, not all yellowed and discolored or mismatched like many you will see now.No cracks, engravings,old sticker outlines,marker writing, etc.
Original keyboard and mouse both fully tested and in very nice cosmetic condition to match the Mac, includes original coiled keyboard cable and mouse has the original style square connector. Original 1984 Macintosh Owner\'s Guide, unmarked pages inside, minor shelf-wear to cover, clean and nice. Apple Macintosh Plus Internal Disk Drive manual, which was the manual for the official upgrade to the 800K disk drive. Set will alsoinclude a standard non-original power cord and fresh plain label copies of Macintosh System Tools software for use with the 800K drive, plus MacPaint and MacWrite programs on disk to run on the Mac! Disks insert/eject with internal 800Kdisk drive like new, drive cleaned, lubed, and tested. Also includes bonus sheet of unused vintage set of four Apple rainbow logo window cling decals!
