1984 APPLE MACINTOSH 128K W/ EXT. DISK DRIVE, KEYBOARD, NUMERIC PAD, APPLE BAG:
$649.00
This 128k Macintosh was manufactured the 13th week of 1984. The official unveiling by Steve Jobs was On January 24, 1984, so this is a fairly early production model.
The bundle comes with the 128k mac, keyboard, mouse, numeric keypad, external drive and a used original mac carry case. The disk drives both read and write fine. The internal drive ejects properly, while the external sticks when ejecting. Evidently this was the result of the lubricant hardening after time. It is my understanding that if you are familiar with maintenance on these, it is not that big of a deal to fix. The battery is not in the back. The batteries are available at store.retrofixes.com for about 7.50.
The dot you see in the photo with MacPaint is from the paintbrush in MacPaint, not anything wrong with the screen.I will try and duplicate a system disk with MacWrite & MacPaint at buyers request.
Shipping to lower 48 states only. Being 35 years old, it is being sold as described.
