TheSFP-10G-01C is a 10G SFP+ to SFP+(Small Form Pluggable) Direct Attach copper cable.Direct Attach cables provide an inexpensive way to connect 10G ports. Cables are terminated with SFP enclosures and slide into SFP+ slots from networking devices. Passive cables do not exceed 5 meters in length. For longer distances active DA (Direct Attach) cables are used instead. Copper cables cannot exceed distances of 10-12 meters. For longer reach, DA optical cables are available.
The SFP-10G-01C is a passive SFP+ based cable with 1m length. Cable can be used in any modern Ethernet switch equipped with 10G SFP+ slots. The module has been tested and found compatible with Cisco, ZyXEL, Netgear, Edge-Core, SMC, D-Link and many other vendors fiber switches.Technical Specifications:
