This 1541 has been tested and it works great; the power cord, serial cable and manual are included also. This 1541 has the Alps mechanism (push door release).
This drive is in fairly good shape with minimal yellowing, however there is something etched into the bottom of the case. Please see pictures for details.

The 1541 works with the Vic20, Commodore 64, 128, Plus/4 or C16. This is a Floppy drive for use with Commodore computers especially with programs that can utilize the storage.
