The remote web server may be using a mod_access_referer
apache module which contains a NULL pointer dereference
bug, Abuse of this vulnerability can possibly be used
in denial of service attackes against affected systems.

Solution : Try another access control module, mod_access_referer
has not been updated for a long time.
