Detailed Explanation for this Vulnerability Assessment
There is a buffer overrun in
the 'cgitest.exe' CGI program, which will permit anyone to
execute arbitrary commands with the same rights as the
web server (root or nobody).

Solution : remove it from /cgi-bin.
