Dr. Yutaka Oiwa discovered that Ruby fails to properly enforce
safe level protections.

Impact

A possible hacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary
code beyond the restrictions specified in each safe level.

Workaround

There is no known workaround at this time.
