The remote router contains a version of IOS which has flaw in the telnet service
which might permit a possible hacker to disable the administation of the remote
router by SSH, HTTP and telnet.

CISCO identifies this vulnerability as bug id CSCef46191

A possible hacker may use this flaw to render this router un-manageable
